17| Client Boundaries, Caregiving, and the Business Pivot That Changed Everything

I owe you an explanation for where I've been. And honestly, I think my explanation might be exactly what you needed to hear today.

Over a year ago, my mom was misdiagnosed at a hospital. She spent several weeks hospitalized. When she came home, she couldn't walk. She still hasn't taken a step. And in the middle of that season, I had to figure out something nobody prepares you for: how do you keep showing up for the women God called you to serve when your family needs everything you have?

The honest answer is, for a while, I couldn't do either one well.
